Which models are published in the Functional Masterbatch series?
8 ready-to-use masterbatch models are published: M911 / M915 / M830 / M89 / M918 / M88 / M922 / M933. The masterbatch takes flame-retardant, softening and water- and oil-repellent additives as its core components and can be added directly at the processing stage (documentation wording).
How do the masterbatch and the corresponding additives relate?
The documentation gives these pairings: M911 ← R911 PE 无卤阻燃剂；M915 ← R915 PET/PETG 透明无卤阻燃剂；M830 ← R830 高效柔顺剂；M89 ← 含氟 / 无氟拒水拒油剂. Choose the corresponding additive model when you need the powder-side system, and the masterbatch model when you need a ready-to-use form.
In which processes can the masterbatch be used?
Documentation wording for the series: film, pipe, injection-moulded parts and chemical fibre can take it directly. Dosage and processing conditions follow the corresponding model’s page — please run a small-scale trial before mass production.
