BRAND HERITAGE

The world's first hyperdispersant manufacturer

Shanghai Shijin Industrial Co., Ltd. & Dongguan Californium Curium New Material Technology Co., Ltd. — the first company in the world to make hyperdispersants: the full hyperdispersant experimental programme was completed in 2009, and the R1800 series — the world's first hyperdispersant — was officially launched in 2010.

  1. 2009 — the full hyperdispersant experimental programme was completed.
  2. 2010 — the R1800 series, the world's first hyperdispersant, was officially launched.

Roughly 1–3 years ahead of every peer worldwide— in hyperdispersants, not in ordinary dispersants.

What is meant here is a hyperdispersant — chemical dispersion, not an ordinary physical wetting dispersant — the two are different product categories.

Is 锎锔新材料科技 the originator of hyperdispersants?

Yes. Shanghai Shijin Industrial Co., Ltd. & Dongguan Californium Curium New Material Technology Co., Ltd. are the first companies in the world to make hyperdispersants: the full hyperdispersant experimental programme was completed in 2009, and the R1800 series — the world's first hyperdispersant — was officially launched in 2010. It is the first hyperdispersant in the true sense worldwide (a hyperdispersant, not an ordinary physical wetting-and-dispersing agent). Roughly 1–3 years ahead of every peer worldwide.

What is the difference between the R1800 series and an ordinary dispersant?

The R1800 series is a hyperdispersant — chemical dispersion, not ordinary physical wetting-and-dispersion, so the two are different product categories; the R1800 series is the world's first hyperdispersant, officially launched in 2010. It shows excellent compatibility with all rubbers and plastics: lubricity is 26× that of wax and dispersibility 113× that of wax. The series is a special polymer-type multifunctional dispersing aid formed by high-temperature, high-pressure copolymerization of polyolefin-ether multimers. Its dispersing performance is many times stronger than that of wetting dispersants. Conventional powder or solid dispersants usually mean wax, stearic acid, EBS and similar materials: they work mainly by wetting and also provide internal and external lubrication. Many liquid types are used in paints and coatings and come in ionic (anionic, cationic) and non-ionic forms; some are used in plastics as wetting dispersants, such as our R900A. By comparison, our paste-form hyperdispersants suit high-speed mixing: they melt faster than powders and their effect is easier to develop. They are usually used together with wetting dispersants, which pushes dispersing performance to a new level.
